Founder and CEO
Travis L. Andrews is a community advocate, strategist, and founder of Andrews Group Consulting, where he partners with nonprofits, legal-aid groups, and social justice organizations to build equity-driven, justice-centered strategies. With over a decade of leadership across education, criminal justice, and advocacy spaces, he brings a people-centered approach to transforming systems and cultures.
Travis is known for integrating restorative justice, equity and inclusion strategies, and organizational coaching into actionable plans that align values with practice. From classrooms to courtrooms, nonprofits to corporate teams, he has guided leaders and institutions through equity-centered transformation—helping them turn conflict into clarity and values into action.
